Our DN (doctor of naprapathy) graduates can practice naprapathy in 48 states, except Illinois and New Mexico where naprapathy is regulated. But that is now changed, thanks to Dr Shante Griggs, PhD, DN, president of the National College of Naprapathic Medicine (founded in 1906) who also serves as the American Naprapathic Association (founded in 1907).
National College of Naprapathic Medicine (based in Chicago) has created a Clinical Internship program for online graduates of National University of Medical Sciences DN program. Upon successful completion of the NCNM Bridge Program NUMSS (USA) DN graduates will receive a a degree from NCNM and then can sit for the Illinois Naprapathic License Examinations to become licensed as a doctor of naprapathic medicine.
NUMSS graduates will then be permitted to use the title of “Dr” and bill medical & health insurers for naprapathic care they provide to clients.
We wish to thank NCNM as well as Dr Griggs for creating this program for NUMSS (USA) alumni.
